AAGP ONE LIST
The One List is an e-mail contact list for the AAGP group and is only available to you and your fellow
members. Our newsletter is the usual way to contact all our members, but the One List can be used for:
Sending out information issued by consuls.
Event organisers can update/change arrangements.
Members can send out information about local events which are too late for the newsletter.
Members can offer for sale household items or offer services.
Members can ask for recommendations and/or advice. However please do check the
Recommendations list first as this covers many services from medical to tradespeople to legal etc.
Replies giving recommendations must be directed to the requester and NOT to the whole group.
Rules
1. Make it clear in your email TITLE the subject of the content, e.g. Car for Sale, Concert in Trets.
Members can then easily delete e-mails of no interest to them.
2. Do not send multiple emails on the same subject to re-advertise events or services on a regular basis.
3. Keep the initial e-mail simple. Interested parties can ask for photos or further details directly. If you
attach a photo compress it first.
4. Respect the general AAGP rule that you should not use the AAGP mailing list to promote a private
business, nor advertise on behalf of third parties.
ONE LIST INSTRUCTIONS
Joining :
If you wish to enrol, simply send an e-mail request and include your name to:
teched@aagp-provence.com.
We will verify you are a current AAGP member then send a first e-mail with instructions on how to
join, followed by a second email with a link to join.
Using :
Once you have received the confirmation e-mail, you will automatically begin to receive e-mails from
other members. It is very easy to send an e-mail to the group. Simply send your e-mail to
aagp-one-list@googlegroups.com.
Remember to include a clear title in the subject line, keep the e-mail short, and do not attach large
files.

or follow this unsubscribe link. If you believe this group may contain spam, you can also report the

The AAGP One List is a member to member email service and must not be used to advertise businesses,
nor for items for sale or rent on behalf of third parties who are not members. Please help us respect this
valuable service for all members.
If third parties wish to advertise their products or services they can do so by taking out an advertisement
in our newsletter, and/or have a link to their website placed on the AAGP web site.
